Meet Cailee

Hello! I am so happy that you are considering me to support you as you explore your inner world and uncover ways to foster self-acceptance while navigating life's challenges. My name is Cailee Clark (she/her) and, like you, I entered adulthood with some rigid thoughts and limiting beliefs. After spending 15 years in the fitness industry, regularly hearing "You'd make a great therapist!", I decided to do just that. Now, as both a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.) candidate, I strive to integrate physical and mental health in a way that is accessible, equitable, and personalized. I will work collaboratively with you to determine your unique needs and identify solutions that align with your interests, schedule, and budget.

With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (Q.), I am deeply committed to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and values—creating space for meaningful self-exploration that supports alignment, purpose, and fulfillment in daily life and decision-making. I operate from a person-centred and biopsychosocial lens, viewing you as the expert in your life and considering all aspects of your health that may be influencing your concerns. From this foundation, I facilitate an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques used in cognitive behavioural (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), mindfulness, narrative, and solution-focused (SFBT) frameworks.

I primarily work with adults and have developed a particular interest in couples work, as well as in supporting men’s mental health. Having personal and first-hand experience with the impact of stigma on men seeking help, I feel deeply compelled to challenge those barriers and help create a world where support is synonymous with strength. In our work together, I aim to create a non-judgmental, respectful space where you feel safe to reflect honestly, express yourself freely, and apply practical strategies to support your growth. While developing the trust and connection needed for genuine sharing can take time, I hope that our collaborative process will bring you greater peace with your past, confidence in the present, and hope for the future.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy teaching Taylor Swift-themed fitness classes, art in various forms, spending time with my partner outdoors (or indoors, really), and eating delicious treats!
